I bought this bike for $200 from Walmart Doral. My first road bike ever. Although it has a strong frame, I noticed immediately that the accessories are [censored].

After upgrades, the bike feels better, rides better, looks better, performs better. I get many compliments. When I do the Saturday morning Key Biscayne group rides, I am able to stay with the PELOTON. Does not look like a Walmart bike. The frame has minor scratched but that's because I was careless when locking/unlocking the bike than anything else.
The bike is ready to ride.
