Experiencing for while now some severe knee pain. It is most evident at top medial kneecap near VM. When i stretch rectus femoris at front of thigh i get a lot of pressure in kneecap but mainly at the top of the kneecap right on the corner laterally (so opposite to where I experience it riding and now standing/walking). I ice knes after ride which helps. I have no idea what the problem is and no amount of research has helped. Anyone experienced either of these symptoms and how did you fix it ?
