mycycletour.com is the one I use. It has an interesting feature that lets you "play" a road level view of your route which lets you see the Google road views of the planned route.

Thanks for the input, I updated the Wikipedia page, though, I cannot update the pole (tell me if it is possible). -

I find Strava quite good as it also shows a profile of the route, including elevation -
