  1. I'm looking for ways to organize my gear (helmets, gloves, other small gear, etc.) inside my condo so that it's neat and easily accessible. How do you organize all your accessories?

  2. I keep a big duffle bag with our helmets and shoes in the kitchen near the door. 2 cyclist household! Adidas waterproof bag about $50. Plus our helmets are stored inside the bag in helmet pods.

Pockets hold the gloves, chamois creams and sunblock in another. Has a few other pockets for anything else I need.

Bikes in the room with all gear on board. Seat packs, pumps, water bottles etc.

    Helmet pod and gym bag

  3. I’ve got a wardrobe, 60 cm wide, abt 200 cm high.
A rack and hangers at the top holds all My outdoorsy clothes in various degrees of insulation and waterproofness.
One wire basket drawer with Jerseys and bibs.
One with long Johns and shirts.
    One with shoes.
One with gloves, mittens, buffs and caps.

  4. Heading to a crit race last Sunday, bike on the roof racks and the rest of my gear in the back.

  5. I'm using my classic cycling race bag to store my essentials. Making sure after every ride I'll never forget to put back my cycling shoes and helmet inside the bag after leaving it for an hour or two for a rest to avoid having an unpleasant smell on them.

  6. Since you were talking about closet space in a condo and not while traveling I keep my gear in a closet and I use a hanging closet organizer like this:

    https://www.amazon.com/Household-Essentials-3312-1-Hanging-Organizer/dp/B00DQJUJSK/ref=sr_1_14?ie=UTF8&qid=1509207824&sr=8-14&keywords=hanging+closet+divider

Then I put my helmet with my gloves inside the helmet on one divider, shoes go into two since I have two pairs, head coverings, shorts, etc all get divided up and put into other dividers. My jerseys and jackets hang on hangers. But the dividers allow stuff to breath instead of stuffing them into a bag, or taking the time to first let breath then stuff, this way the guess work is eliminated as to when stuff has throughly dried out. One could, if you have enough dividers left over to neatly fold your jerseys and put them in dividers too but I prefer to hang them.

Yeah, I was thinking it would be kind of hard to park a vehicle with bike on roof rack inside a condo! 😄

  8. I love your organizing stuff. Everything looks so clean and easy to locate. It's not hard to stay organized when you don't have much stuff

  9. I leave my gear (helmet, gloves, shoes, seat pack etc.) in the large compartment in my truck so I don't ever forget anything. It only took one time for me to change my ways.
