No, I was polite to this moron the first time he posted here. Excerpt from his previous post:
--------------------------------
I started running this summer, running a mile to a handball court and back home, after two months I
started running 3 miles, then to 6, 8, in October month I was able to go for an hour and 20 minutes,
then two weeks later was able to do 2 hours. The next week it all went to hell. I wanted to do a 3
hour or so run, I've had a little bit of tension in my shins, but halfway there my Achilles tendon
started to give way, as more time went on, the pain kept building on until I stopped at around 2
hours and 40 min. ... I really want to do 50 mile runs, but that's a long way away especially with
this going on.
--------------------------------
Now after receiving a copious amount of sensible and respectful replies to this, he spews forth the
following drivel:
-------------------------------
handball court, in 2 weeks I'm going to get busy again and start running for 5 or 6 miles, then
hopefully back to the 20 miles which killed my tendon and calves about 5 weeks ago.
-------------------------------
Read in context of his earlier post. He's not talking about 20 miles per week. He's talking about
doing 3 hour runs on a regular basis.
Quoted message said:any idea if he was a troll or just a new runner.
Either a troll or a moron. I honestly don't know which.
Quoted message said:I realize we have our share of douche bags but let's not assume with the first post a person is
not sincere.
I didn't. I was polite to him the first and second time around.
Cheers,
