Pardon me if you had already seen this. One of my husband's favorite breakfast is the so called steakless steak. It is composed of fried potatoes and onions is added then a tablespoon of soy sauce before turning off the stove. It goes well with bread and vegetable salad just like eating real steak. I think it is healthy because there is no meat.

Well, I didn't know about a steakless steak until now, at least not in that way. I've seen meat substitutes, like eggplant, zuchinni, and tofu steaks. This one you talk about seems really interesting, is it very common where you live? Do you have it as a main meal, or is it some kind of snack?
