I mean, whats the point of putting in 60-70 miles of steady-state riding only to blow it all to hell with a few all-out sprints at the death? And what about the whole specificity of training thing? If youre doing endurance rides, shouldnt you be, you know, ENDURING, rather than suddenly trying to fake it like youre a track sprinter?
