From: "Cathleen Pierce" <[email hidden]> I have been buying a Cranberry Cherry Relish at
the deli. It is terrific but so expensive. I would like a recipe to make the sauce myself

    Cherry-Cranberry Relish

1 1/2 cups Canned Cherries 1 1/2 cups Cranberries 2 cups Brown sugar 1 cup Raisins
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    2/2 tsp. Cloves 1 Orange 1 Lemon
3/2 cup Cider vinegar 1 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    4/2 tsp. Nutmeg

Remove any stems and pits from the cherries and cranberries. Peel orange and lemon, remove seeds and
cut into small pieces. Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cook slowly on low heat, stirring
    frequently, until thick. Servings: 6
