Please tell me what is the difference between them. Which one includes tourists which can pay and
spoend days by watching animals in vivo?

You mean reserves. Reservations are lands set aside for American Indian tribes.
National parks are usually multi-use areas for the benefit of humans, though animals are protected.
Those uses can include everything from camping to animal preserves to hiking trails, etc.
Reserves are usually lands set aside for protection of animals and their habitat; they're wildlife
and game parks. They may or may not have camping or other uses since the main purpose is to protect
habitat for certain species.
You'll find plenty of wildlife, and tourists, at both.
