There are heaps of places on the road south out of town. The first is the Lime Tree (which describes
itself as a gallery that has BnB) then there are several I have frequented in the past beyond the
old school. £35 will get you the luxury end of the market. I have usually paid £15 for a single.
Early breakfasts (before 8.00) might be a bit of a problem, you might have to make do with cereal.
As for the pubs they are all in the middle of town so about a ten minute walk.

Criteria:- Open in Jan or Feb. £35 pn ish, BnB. Ensuite shower bathroom. Early breakfasts.
Nearby pub!

The visit scotland web site I find very good for this sort of thing - lists virtually every type of
accomodation in and around Fort William
