FulGaz for Realistic Training: Separating Hype from Reality
Whats with all the FulGaz fanboys on this forum who seem to think that this platform is the holy grail of realistic training? Can someone whos actually used the software for more than a month without being sponsored by FulGaz itself tell me what the actual benefits are?
Im not talking about the fancy graphics or the realistic courses - Im talking about tangible, measurable improvements in performance. Have you actually seen an increase in your FTP or a decrease in your average time for a certain route?
And lets talk about the workouts themselves - are they really as effective as everyone claims? Ive heard that the training plans are a bit one-size-fits-all, and that the AI-powered coaching is more like a glorified spreadsheet than an actual coach.
Im not trying to be a hater, but Ive spent years using other training platforms and Ive seen some pretty questionable claims made about their effectiveness. So, FulGaz enthusiasts, put your money where your mouth is - show me the data. What makes FulGaz so special, and why should I shell out the cash for it?
And please, spare me the its just so much fun to ride through the countryside nonsense. Im a cyclist, not a tourist. I want to know if FulGaz can actually help me improve my performance, not just provide a pretty distraction from the pain of training.
