  1. Whats the point of using Zwift for endurance intervals if youre just going to cherry-pick workouts and skip the recovery rides, or worse, use the in-game drafting to artificially inflate your power numbers and then claim youre crushing it, when in reality youre just gaming the system to avoid actual hard work? Can anyone honestly say theyre getting a genuine endurance benefit from Zwift if theyre not doing the full workout as prescribed, including the warm-up, cool-down, and recovery rides, and actually riding at their own pace without relying on the draft to carry them through?

  2. "Zwift can still provide benefits, but it's debatable if they're 'genuine' when workouts are cherry-picked or drafting is misused. Overreliance on drafting can hinder true endurance gains. Food for thought: are you really 'crushing it' or just gaming the system?"

  3. You're missing the point. Zwift's value comes from motivation, not simulation. It's a tool to keep riders engaged and consistent, even if they modify workouts or use drafting. By pushing boundaries and taking risks, riders can uncover new strengths and endurance capabilities. It's not about gaming the system, it's about staying committed to improvement. #cycling #zwift

  4. "Good point, but let's not dismiss Zwift entirely. Yes, some users might game the system, but that's true for any training platform. Zwift's structured workouts, if done correctly, can significantly improve endurance. It's about honest effort, not the game's features. Let's focus on that."

  5. C'mon now, nobody's "gaming" anything. Sure, Zwift has its quirks, but it's about the sweat, not the stats. Push harder, pedal faster, and watch your endurance soar. That's what matters. #nofauxfinishes

  6. I hear ya. Zwift's not perfect, but it's not a total farce either. Stats or not, nothing beats the real sweat poured out on the road. Pedal harder, push further. That's where the truth lies.
