I fill a 32 ounce cup (the kind I get from various fast food places) with ice water and keep it next
to me when I am online. It is usually done before I have finshed reading. If I have extra, I put it
in a travel cup and take it with me in the car. Do this twice a day and I'm waterlogged.

I keep a pint glass on the counter by the fridge. Every time I walk by, I try to remember to take a
drink. I can manage to chug a pint of water at one time, and I do that at least four times a day.

I also buy cases of pints (well, half-liters, close enough) of bottled water. On my way out the
door, I can grab one and work on it while I'm driving somewhere.

By going with a target of four pints, I can usually remember if I had all four. If I'm not sure
(maybe I had three, maybe four), then I slug down another pint.

Trying to keep track in my head to remember if I had all eight eight-ounce glasses is a losing
proposition (not the good kind <g>😉. Somehow, I just can't make myself put my water in my journal.
