  1. Well the pressure is off at work πŸ™‚

We still haven't fixed the bugs but we are a lot closer, and I'm off on a training course next week.
So the stress is off more or less for the next ten days.

I've been doing really well this week. OP all week 2 cardio sessions and three weights. The gym
this afternoon didn't go too well, but I did some abs work and some pushups when I got home to make
    up for it.

Next week is not going to be good though. I'll be away from home, so no access to the good food.
I'll have to eat out every night so I'll have to pick salads or fish and steak without the sauces,
and I'll have to stay away from the alcohol. Hopefully I'll find a hotel with a gym. So long as I
stay away from the curry houses I'll be OK. Trouble is I'll be in Bradford/Leeds the curry house
capital of Britain, so that will be trickyπŸ™‚ I think I'll aim to maintain next week!

Been round to some friends tonight. They are also trying to lose weight. Linda is doing REALLY well.
She's lost 9 pounds in the first two weeks. I just hope she doesn't get depressed when it doesn't
keep going at that rate. Steve her husband is doing great too. He's not eating enough in my opinion,
but I try to keep my opinion to myself. He's doing really well too. I'm not sure what he's lost but
    it's beginning to show πŸ™‚

    Good luck to all

What a good idea! I tend to go to the fabric stores in Bradford: higher fibre diet and fewer points!
Mind you, I can seriously bend the elastic plastic in those places!

  3. Ray,

I am not sure if your hotels do this but a bunch of ours in the states now have a microwave frig and
coffeemaker in them. I have found this a godsend. I buy frozen veggies and other low point stuff to
keep in frig. Also if they do have a set up like this you can go to the curry house and just get a
go box at the beginning and divide the food in half, take it to hotel and reheat to eat later, good
luck, traveling can be very hard but it is doable, Lee ray miller <[email hidden]> wrote

hehe. I know what you mean.

I might succumb to a curry. It's been a long time since I've been home.

I'm taking some (slimfast) breakfast stuff. and some low cal soups. The rooms will at least have a
    kettle if not a microwave.
