    Cook frozen asparagus and cut them in smaller pieces. Heat the oven at 200 degrees Celsius. Heat
    olive oil in the wok, add asparagus, stir-fry for a couple of minutes. Then add garlic, mix, add
    tomato sauce and cooking cream and leave for a couple of minutes. Season with curry, veggie spice
    cube, Tamari soy sauce and Tabasco, mix well and leave for a couple of minutes. Slice mozzarella.
    Transfer asparagus sauce into baking dish, cover with slices of mozzarella, sprinkle with oregano
    and bake for 15-20 minutes until the mozzarella melts.

    According to FitDay, 1 serving has: calories = 356 fat = 25.6 g carbs =
    2.6 g protein = 25 g
