  1. My current weight: 161 lbs
Weight change since my last recorded weight: +2.2 lbs
Total weight change to date: -71 lbs

If you just look at the stats for this week, you'd think I had a terrible week. But actually, my
weight this week is exactly where it should be. Sure it's up but last week's 4.8 lb loss was the
real fluke when I had a terrible cold and hardly ate anything. This week, I'm almost back to my
normal self--at least I'm eating normally. I've still got some lung congestion, so returning to
returning to an exercise regimen is going a bit slower. I'm down 2.6 lbs from where I was 2 weeks
    ago before my cold.

Tomorrow is my 1-year anniversary of being on WW. Not only have I lost 71 lbs at an avg of 1.37
lbs per week, I've also lost 66 inches overall. Here's an indication of some of the changes: I've
lost 2-1/4" from my neck; 10 inches from my bust; 10-1/2" from my waist; 8" from my hips; 4" from
each thigh. A year ago I was wearing size 22 or 2XL tops and size 20 or 1XL pants. This year I'm
wearing size 14 or L tops and size 10 or M pants. Needless to say, I am deeply satisfied with my
    results to date.

  2. That's a whole heck of a lot of progress. Congratualtions and happy anniversary.

I hope you shake all the lung congestion soon.

  10. Terrific attitude about this week's results. But the info you supplied shows how wonderful the
overall effectiveness has been and you have been doing great. Those lost inches are almost
unbelieveable but I can believe it.

So congrats on the entire way you've gone about this over the ONE YEAR. Happy Anniversary.

absolutely fantastic. It sure sounds like you have taken this weeks gain into perspective and not
let it get the best of you. As that old saying goes, you've come a long way baby!!! Congrats again.

  14. Hitting the 70-lb mark was a big milestone for me. As someone who could never stick with a weight
loss plan for more than 50 lbs or 6 mox previously, I'm surprising the heck out of myself. LOL

That's a whole heck of a lot of progress. Congratualtions and happy anniversary.

I hope you shake all the lung congestion soon.

  16. Thanks Lesanne. I'm learning so much from you and other lifetimers about what it takes to do this
and that I shouldn't sweat the fluctuations. The most important thing is to stick with it. Period.

  18. Thanks Kelly. Others on this NG have inspired and encouraged me along the way. I'm glad I can do the
same. I've still a long way to go but I'm here for the long haul.

  19. Thanks Betty. The secret to my progress to date is that I haven't given up. Even when it's been
hard. Even when I've blown it. I still have a ways to go, but as long as I keep at it--even if it
takes me another year to lose the next 30 lbs, I'll get there.
