  1. hi. i just got a raleigh actiavtor 2 for free, and it has raleigh pro-shock cronoly front shocks. i'm new to schock btw.

    i only ride the bike on the roads and pavements but i ride "rough". the front shocks are too stiff for my liking. it seems the only time i use them is when i do a wheely and land with as much force as i can.

    is there any way to loosen them? i cna't see anything from the outside but i don't know how these thins work. compressed air?

  2. Take it to a bike shop to see if they can figure them out and adjust them

    These sound really inexpensive so do not expect them to work as good as more expensive models.
