  1. Oh my God has anyone had these recently?

    They taste like dirt.

    Stupid corporate food companies.

Make a batch of Cat Tongues, AKA Langues de Chat. Smear one
with melted chocolate, and sandwich another one onto it.

You can make them with different flavored ganaches. I did
some with passion fruit recently and I recommend it.

Is that a recent development? They've always seemed to taste
    like dirt.

Mmmm, I love langues de chat but they are very difficult to
find commercially and I'm too lazy to make anything that
involves a pastry bag. Luckily, they're much more easily
    found in Japan!

Looks like a good use for Nutella.

It would probably be good, but with langues de chat I think
milder flavourings are better. I would much prefer Nutella
with digestive cookies or shortbread cookies. The one I had
most often in Japan had a white chocolate ganache that was a
    bit minty.
