  1. I'm considering buying a LeMond bicycle. I'm wondering if anyone out there has had (or heard of other people's) experiences with this brand. Was it good quality? Did it hold up over time? How was the ride? I'm thinking of purchasing the Big Sky SL, but any info about any of their models would be helpful.

    thanks.

  2. I have a 2004 Buenos Aires, and I'm very happy with it.

I've ridden twice witha local club recently, and there have been a number of riders with LeMond bikes on those rides. I've usually struck up conversations with most of them (birds of a feather...), and none have expressed any dissatisfaction with their LeMond - all of which are older models with a lot more mileage on them than mine.

You'll no doubt have other LeMond owners chime in here - certainly when I got mine last fall, I noted mostly positive comments on boards like this about LeMond bikes.

  3. Fine bikes. The one your looking at appears that it is made more for for comfort than pure racing speed--and there's nothing in the world wrong with that.
