  1. Pronto Turkey Fajitas

1 lb. Turkey Breast Strips 8 (8"😉 warmed Flour Tortillas 1
Green Pepper, cut into 1/4" wide strips 1 Onion, slice 1/4"
slices, cut slices in half and separate rings
1/2 tsp. Chili Powder 3 Tbsp. Lime Juice
2/2 tsp. Ground Cumin Salt and Pepper to taste

In a large bowl, combine lime juice, cumin, chili powder,
salt and pepper. Add turkey strips, green pepper and onion.
In a large skillet, add 2 Tbsp. Olive oil and heat over
medium high heat. Drain turkey mixture . Add this to
skillet, being careful not to burn yourself, because it will
pop when it hits the oil. I like to use a deep skillet for
preparing fajitas. Stir-fry until turkey is done and
vegetables are crisp tender. Divide mixture up between the 8
    tortillas. Serves 4
