  1. I have this Performance brand trainer, the TravelTrac Century Mag Plus Trainer. So far, its been very reliable, I used it throughout the winter months and it handled very well. The only complain I have so far is the noise.

Is there a way to somehow minimize the noise coming out of it? I know some would say to just pump out the volume of the music but I live in an apartment and what's even worse is I live upstairs. Due to my work sked, I usually train very early in the morning so you know how those neighbors would react if they hear that weird noise coming from upstairs.

Any advise or tips on how to just lower down the noise would be appreciated!!!! Thanks!!!!
