    Oh, how much.......

    Well, let's put it this 'weigh'..... Depending on when
    we count, I may have it over, ahem, UNDER, She who
    can't be named!

    days I have been hanging at 160. But not concerned, I have
    pumped up the weightlifting!! And to think, I missed this
    yesterday (very very busy day, I am now officially a student
    again). !!

    aware but still ate. Now, we shall see what stopping

    including "officially a student again!" Congrats. Hope the
    degree quickly follows.

    Hovering means we are up and down and your wave is up, mine
    is down, next week, the waves are positioned differently.

    be challenging, exciting, healthy and HARD, too. I'm sure
    you will do really well. I won't say to keep some focus on
