  1. These are ECGs belonging to a family member. No. 1 and No. 2
were taken on the same day - No. 3 was taken about 10 days
prior at the start of a stress test.

Any comments would be appreciated. I would appreciate any
info about where I couls send these for an online
interpretation. Click on the URLs - that should bring the
    pages up in your browser.

    Thanks,

Why do you need an online interpretation? Tracing 2 was
recorded on a Mac-Lab system, so the patient presumably had
either a cardiac catheterization or electrophysiology study.

I don't see any gross abnormalities. The atrial rhythm is
sinus versus low atrial rhythm, intact AV conduction, normal
QRS axis and conduction, a single normally conducted PAC on
    the first tracing.

Dr. Chun as I said before welcome to our group. You will
notice that there are many posters who have received 2
or more opinions from their own doctors (in person) and
then post a snippet of their history/results and want an
online 2nd, 3rd or 4th opinion given to them by complete
strangers. When I make any sort of comment that perhaps
this is not the best way to manage their health care I
    get flamed.

Must you argue with everyone about everything? You certainly
must have too much time on your hands to quibble with the
    entire internet.

I have the time, but then again I am not dispensing medical
advice nor am I a practicing physician (if we are to believe
your web page that you are).)

What is so judgmental about being cautious with seeking
internet medical advice and not using it to supplant advice
of doctors you know (and can verify are real and perhaps
might even have a rapport with).

And since you seem to want to pick a fight, I cannot for the
life of me understand why there has not been 1 positive
testimonial from one of your real live patients who you
treat in the flesh in a real office.

Why are none of your patients offering some support to you
since you are under constant attack? None have ever found
this newsgroup? Or is there perhaps another reason (i.e. you
do not treat real people in a real office and thus have the
24/7 time to devote to internet advice). You use your real
name, you have a shingle (according to the web page you are
incessantly advertising) and yet not one of your patients
you treat in the flesh has ever vouched for you. Something
about this just doesn't add up. Are you a practicing
cardiologist treating real people in a real office? Or as
Dr. Nagler has suggested have you been suspended or worse?

Any other questions about why people seeking internet
medical advice over that from physicians they know and
hopefully trust might not be the best way to manage their
    health care?

    fear of the boogie man?

Seems like a pretty lame answer if you ask me, in fact it
    makes no sense at all.

So in this climate of information and misinformation
overload, how can you be on the offensive to a suggestion
that people seek primary care and information from their
personal physicians? You advise them to do this all the
time. We teach our children to be careful and wary of
strangers, but are willing to trust our lives and medical

thinking you go on the offensive?

It truly is a weird world we live in.

Seek information, sure. All I am cautioning is to use it
    carefully…..very carefully.

As I have said all along your advice usually seems good.
Your demeanor and mysterious intentions diminish its value,

But then again what do I know. I am hostile, express

Just curious as to what your post means? He has treated you
in his office, aka real doctor/patient relationship? I am
not saying he does not have the office he says he has, nor
that his advice is wrong or malicious. I just find it weird
that any doctor busy with a practice would or could find the
time necessary to be in a constant war of words with
flamers. Also it is pretty strange that for a busy doctor
with a vibrant practice to never once have a real patient
    vouch for him.

That is all I am pointing out, that and the idea that while
gathering information is good (here or anywhere) relying on
the advice of someone you don't know (other than through a
web page) might not be the best strategy. Especially if you
are being treated by qualified physicians. And yes I know
that medical care can be awful, some doctors have poor
patient manners, lack of time, pay superficial attention to
details, can be arrogant when responding to enquiries etc. I
am very much aware of all this.

We DO need to understand what is happening and be in a
position to evaluate whether or not we or someone we know,
is getting appropriate care. That is why these forums and
the internet in general is really amazing. Before (the
internet) you would have to go to a library, spend hours
looking through outdated medical texts/journals, and then be
left on your own as to interpretation.

But we also need to use this resource in a prudent manner
and be aware of potential pitfalls.

And yes someone who preaches their brand of religion
constantly and argues with every and all comers over
everything that does not praise or concur does raise my
    suspicions. Sorry, call me paranoid.
