  1. HFCS contains glucose which is digested sugar. So we do not
    need to digest it.

    Digestion of food uses about 10% of the calories ingested.

    Each pound of weight gain is equal to about 3500 calories.

    10% of 3500 = 350 calories .

    3500-350 = 3150 net calories = 1 pound.

    That wipes out the calories burned during digestion.

    So if we eat the same amount of food now as we did 10 years
