view it here: tinyurl.com27z35Open ↗My experience is that the Forerunner tends to over-estimate
the distance. This is even after runing on the inside of
lane 1 with the Forerunner on my left arm. It seems to be
much better at larger loops or a long out and back. From
now on, I'm sticking with my HRM or Timex for track
workouts. However, I do find that the Forerunner comes in
handy for warming up and cooling down, since I like to
leave the track and run the cross country course for that
part of the workout.Phil M.
