There is debate about CRP. However, your 135 systolic bp
seems a bit high - if you could achieve 120 it may be
helpful. Check out BP recs on the web. Re: CRP "The test is
not recommended for general screenings. Doctors say it's
most useful for patients at moderate risk for
cardiovascular disease.

On Zestril and Lipitor now, and average about 135 over 75
blood pressure. Am 68 yrs of age.
