We used to ride together a lot, but not always. She likes to get out with the girls (grrls?) and I like to ride with just the boys sometimes too (muddy death marches and stuff like that). We're working on setting up a regular saturday babysitter so we can get one ride in together each week. I think that will be a good thing, since we've probably averaged less than one ride a month together since we had the baby.

good plan - date time. I get completly freaked when I meet couple who haven't had a weekend sans kids in... .they'll say 5-10 years. Much less a date. m Sure it's hard to do at times. Kids are great, but dates reinforce the adult relationship which forms the base for family.
I do love my grrl rides, but when I can ride with Craig it's just different. Now that I've gotten over my intimidation, and we can ride on par, ( my head trips, not his) it's really fun. Frustrating this season, he's taken on a MBA program that is turning into a major time suck for things like rides and stuff. ;-(
