  1. I bought a pre-prepared "beef florentine" at the meat market
today. It looks very tasty - a thin steak rolled around
spinach and cheese. I have no idea how to cook it, so I
looked for a recipe online. But all the beef florentine
recipes I've found involve layering ground beef with cheeses
and spinach, so I couldn't figure out how to prepare this
mini roast. It's approximately 2 inches tall and 6 inches
across - a serving for 1, basically. Any suggestions for how
to cook this? Thanks in advance, Jen Half the people you
know are below average. -Steven Wright

As it's a mini roast, I would consider possibly roasting it.
An electric frypan works well for small roasts - big ones
too. Or an oven, of course...

I see those at Publix. Simple cooking instructions.

Heat a heavy bottomed frying pan, add olkve oil. Sear both
sides until browned and finish in hot oven (425 degrees) for
    10 -15 minutes. It's not that deep.
