    Alfredo Date: 25 Jun 2004 18:31:06 -0700

I was at a party a couple of months ago, and they had a
great pasta recipe that I have been trying to duplicate, an
eggplant ravioli with curry alfredo sauce. I haven't been
able to find the perfect ratio of curry powder to cream for
the sauce. I was wondering if anyone else who has
experimented with curry alfredo has any suggestions.

    Thanks, Brooke Dolara

I heard on TV about a famous soup invented by Pierre
Franey called something like Billibee. It sounded so
delicious I thought I would like to try it. Clearly I am
not spelling it correctly since I can.t find it using
    searches. Can you he3lp me?

It looks like I am having about 8-10 people for the foourth
of July. I would like to do something interesting and
different but not too hard for a beginning cook. What
recipes would you have which would be good for this?

I know quesadillas are cheese and other ingredients cooked
between two tortillas but there seem to be many variations.
I am looking for recipes for delicious variations.

I wonder if someone can help me with a recipe. I am

is so good but I can't find a good recipe for it. Thanking

I have tried to make a cherry Pie. Thereare lots of recipes
out there. But the pies I have made just aren.t as good as
the ones they make at a local restaurant. If you have a
really good pie, I would really like it if you could send in
your version. Thanks for your time.

I love salsa. However the salsa you buy in bottles has
vinegar in it. There is another fresh salas which is
not so acid tasting. Does any one have a recipe for it?
    All my thanks
