nipples used throughout. Wheels are trued, centered, spoke aligned,
stress relieved, and all spoke wind-up removed. New Silver Rims are
Mavic T520 with eyelets and sockets that interconnect inner and outer
rim walls. Sheldon Brown's chart says these rims safely handle from 28
