Mid ninties steel frames, unless a "name brand" like Colnago, Serotta
or Derosa, generally go for around $200 on ebay depending of
condition. If it is an attractive frame and in really nice shape you
might get a few bucks more.

Bearing in mind, of course, that auctions are won by the person most
willing to overpay.
I'd value a nice EL-OS Scapin frameset near $500.00. Actually a bargain
price. The Scapin has excellent handling; it turns on a dime, yet you can
ride it 'no hands' without any oscillation. One of the finest handling
frames I've ridden, along with Ciocc & Serotta.

Jim, I don't think that he wants to know what it's worth. He wants to know
what he can sell it for. $200 is a good price for a steel frame these days.

Hmmm... Or even less if it's a 60cm with a 59cm top tube....
