Neither Shimano US nor Shimano Europe have info on RX-100 or item number FC-A550-T. I can mail them or even call. I just hoped that someone here knew the answer.
BTW, from additional research and some "forensics" I'm guessing that the markings on all the chainrings face "right" and that the spacer washers go between the middle ring and the spider.
I need help on properly reassembling a 10-year-old RX-100 T crank. Which way should the inner chainrings be mounted? (manuals for newer Shimano cranks have the markings facing the left side of the bike) I somehow ended up with 5 thin washers. Where do they go?
The chainwheel bolts and nuts are countersunk on aluminum rings. Some steel rings have no depression and on those the numbers are on the outside of the outside ring, on the inside for an inner. Shimano's thin washer goes between the arm and the inner ring when using a steel or other thin chainring.
