    I just picked up a pair of the BMX motolite brakes (used), and they did not come with directions for
    adjustiing the spring tension- if anyone could point me to a site with directions I would appreciate
    it- I can't seem to find one (I'll contact Paul's on Mon if there are no sites out there). Thanks
