Stuey commented a year or so back that he was going to have to change
his plan of attack to be more of an all around rider and focus less on
pure sprinting. He did some fair climbs in the TdF last year and seems
to be continuing on his change of form.

As you can see here, he did just as well in the Dauphiné last year, has
had one victory with Jean Delatour (now RAGT Semences), and transferred
to Phonak for 2003. He is 29.

I think he might want another taste of the yellow jersey. But I don't
think he'll be doing it in a breakaway that finishes 35 minutes clear again.

I think this plan had more to do wit picking up intermmediate sprint points.

Kind of the same thing that Zabel did. I'm glad to see O'Grady doing
well, after the team situation earlier this spring.
