Can someone give me a recommendation on some bicycle shorts.
Basically which are better shorts for the money
Sugoi rs or Cannondale velocity
I found some reviews on the Sugoi and most people thought they were great.
Nothing on the cannondale
The Cannondale are 10 panel versus 8 for the Sugoi.

sugoi hands down (i won't even try for the pun). umm, the sugoi rs are
10 panel shorts and cost $110. they're pretty ludicrously nice. i've been
more than happy slumming it ;-) with sugoi's $60 and $80 shorts.

Cannondale makes good bicycles. Somebody else makes their shorts. That
somebody else may change from season to season.
Sugoi makes good clothing. Their styles and fabrics change with the
seasons but their quality, from what I've seen, is consistent.
