My team puts on a big criterium in August. How do I get Lance to race here?

increase the media exposure we could get for our sponsors.
Does anybody have Chris Carmichael or Bill Stapleton's number? Is

will also do two Trofei Baracchi, Buhl (DE) 31 July and Praha (CZ) 1
