My carnac legend road shoes are ready for retirement. Thinking of
replacing with a pair of carnac quartz (on sale). Can't find a local
store that carries them, so am a bit concerned about the sizing if I
go mail order.
Anybody out there used both these models? If so, are they similar in
size and width ? Other comments are welcome as well.

not the legends, but i recently replaced my 7 year old diagonals
with a pair of quartz(es). i had plenty of room in size 44.5
diagonals, but in quartz i had to go to 45, and even that is
a smidge smaller than the 44.5 diagonals.

Got a chance to try on a pair. Needed a 43 quartz as opposed to my
42.5 legends. Also opted for the quartz wide (really liked the large
toe box in the legend). Thanks.
