  1. Just after some opinions here...

I came down with the flu at the start of the third week of a standard four week macro periodised program, i.e. week one intensity was 'medium', week two was 'hard', (I've now missed the very hard week and next week would have been a light week).

It wasn't the worst flu I've ever had but resting HR was up enough to not want to push myself, so I've only done one 30 min session on the trainer @ about 60-65% HR this week. The last time rushed back into training, it cost me another week off!

Not sure whether to: a) Start all over again b) Do week two again and go from there c) Just get stuck into it and do week 3...

    Your thoughts?

    Cheers,

    Stanners
