Hey what's up? Where in SD do you live?
I live in Vegas but go down to SD often and I'm looking for riders when I go.😄

  3. I'm in the southbay near the Olyimpic Training Center in Chula Vista.. What do you ride?

Ok, I don't know SD that well yet still learning but I stay at Pacific Beach how far are you from there?

    My bike:

  5. Im like 10 mins from there...when you gonna be back in sd? Im having surgery on my arm monday. And I wont be back on the road for a few. Thats a bad ass bike what did that monster set you back if you dont mind me asking?

  6. Cool that your close by. That sucks about the surgery. I will be back down in two weeks!
The bike was a little over 3k! I ride with a team out here in Vegas and my buddy that owns the shop is a De Rosa dealer. Thanks for the compliment!😉
I'd be happy to hook up in a few weeks and ride if your all healed up! PM me if your interested.

  7. sounds good...I dont think im in your leauge. Im a MTB crossover you might have to take it easy on me. I think Ill be able to ride in a few weeks after, They(usn) is relocating a nerve in my arm, I have nerve damage, i think they called it a sub-lucksing ulnar nerve.. Call me if you want and we can work out the details...Im jeremy by the way 619-271-7737 or 619-254-9471

  8. Sounds good Jeremy! Good luck with the surgery, hope all goes well.

    I'm Chris and I'll give ya a ring when I'm down there.😄

  9. I'm originally from Colorado so MTB is all I use to do! I still do it for cross training and fun.🙂

  10. Cool..nice to meet ya chris.

  11. People are asking me if Im group c or b i dont know what that means? I do about 25 miles a day and do it in about 40 mins(dont laugh)...😉

  12. Group C or B? What's that mean😕

  13. I dont know..the groups that go out in the am break up into groups...a,b,c.?😕

  14. Like beginner.Interm,Expert groups in MTB...maybe im not sure. I also lived in Co. I live out by Cherry creek Res. in Aurora.

  15. The only thing that would make sense to me would be Fast riders, intermediate, and slower pace!😕

  16. Yeah thats what I thought too. The guys down here are kinda stuck up I went out to ride with them one morning and they looked at me and all kinda laughed. so from then on I just ride out to the training center and hook up with the Cyclists from the traiining center and ride with them for as long as I can. Its a new disipline because like in MTB you are always pushing hard to make it up that next hill on your 35 lbs full susp Trek Fuel 80, And road rides are not like that its more tactical. I need help with bidding my time and energy conservation.

  17. LOL...I know whatcha mean! I've come accross alot of cocky riders. I just enjoy sticking it to them on the ride.:p Don't let it get to ya, ride your ride!I have a full suspension Mongoose, it's okay nothing special but it gets the job done! What about your energy concervation? Tell me more.

  18. I ride like im on the last mile..I'm always pushing and I tend to get burnt out quick. I need to learn how to keep a good pace and not to push push push.

  19. I gotcha! Let me ask you this, how much base training do you do? Ever heard the term LSD or Long Slow Distance? Once a week, do a cycle at least twice as long as any other cycle of the week; concentrate on an easy aerobic effort level (below 75% of maximum heart rate) while maintaining a high cadence. Try and do the whole ride on your small blade.

  20. Do you think when you come down in 2 weeks you could help me get on track with a training plan to make me a better more efficent cyclist? I saw you are a Trainer and I didnt want to ask but I just couldnt resist..I have never heard the term "base training"
