Eyal was down in LA for a reunion, so early this (Sun.) morning we cranked up a 4 mile fire trail and started descending a steep single track that also features some short but grueling climbs. By now the marine layer had burned off, the whole Sullivan Canyon was like a furnace and I'd already sucked my Camelback dry.
It's always fun to go riding but that heat was brutal. We gave up trying to perform and were just trying to dog back to the rig.
