I was actually wondering how many minutes in that 4 hour stretch will actually show the race: the other 3:50 will be closeups, interviews, musical interludes, stories about Lance (who isn't even there), etc.

I think I'll tape both CBC networks and hopefully get some decent coverage between the two.

The Replay 50X0 automatically filters out commercials. It works fairly well -- it skips over about 90% of commericials. As for human-interest stories, etc., you're on your own their.
