Still Possible to buy 9 speed wheels?

The only wheel I know of that is 10-speed only is 2004 Dura-Ace.

_All_ other wheels are equally compatible with 9- or 10-speed cassettes.

More specifically, anything that is stated as being for 10-speed
cassettes (except the 2004DA) is equally useful with 9-speed.

10-speed cranksets work just fine with 9-speed as well.

There are lots of 9-speed goodies around, if you look at the places
that sell the stuff instead of the places that make it.

I don't wonder, but if you could steer me to a source....I need a bottom
bracket remover for my 2001 Veloce. The guys at the LBS tell me it is
"different". I like to do repairs myself (as much as practicable--I'm not
repairing a bent derailleur hanger) but they tell me I can't buy the tool I
need. Not that there's anything presently wrong with my bottom bracket, but
I got caught in the rain a couple of weeks ago and I wonder if water got in
there....

We have them made by Tacx, Really great tool-about $25. park also makes a
cheaper one.

What idiots...why NOT?? Can't these dolts read a catalog. LBS like these make
me blood boil.

Maybe they don't know how to get the thing out themselves!! Maybe they should

Oh, I just had another idea after reading the reponses to my post: maybe
they are telling me this line of bull because they don't want me to fix it
myself. They told me it would cost $30 for them to do it. If I think the
tool is impossible to get, then....
