Hi Guys,
I URGENTLY need a 155 mm Quick Release axle for my tandem. I have been trying all the suppliers and bike shops in Pretoria and Johannesburg as well as Cape Cycle Systems (Cannondale importers in Cape Town) but nobody can help me. Quite a few shops are trying to scource one for me. Short of importing an Axle or having one made at an Engineering works I do not know what to do.(had a quote of R250-00 form one Eng works!!!!!) I currently use a 145 mm axle which means I have to put some tension on the stays in order to fasten my wheel. I am sure this is not too healthy. I would appreciate any help or leads.
