Most cardiologists would have folks wait 3-5 days before
doing anything strenuous. You should have your cardiologist
advise you on exactly how long s/he would have you wait.

re q 1 - call your doc - he knows your individual case.

regular consumption of olive oil is healthy. Of course,
don't eat more calories on a daily basis. If you eat bread,
try olive oil instead of butter or margarine. Olive oil and
