I want/need a 650 c front disc wheel. Any ideas where or what brand. I live in Australia.

If you are looking for an aerodynamic disc front wheel, then stop looking -- it isn't recommended because the bike can be difficult to control in a crosswind ...
OR, were you looking for something else -- a 650c rim on disc brake hub?

I want it for the track so no cross-wind at all.

New Campagnolo Khamsin 650c track disc..$1100 plus probably $100 to get it downunder.

I'm guessing that you also have a 650c rear?
Be mindfull of the fact that UCI rules state both wheels on the bike must be the same diameter. 650c/700c "superbike" setups have been illegal for racing for some time now.

Yeah it is 650 front/rear setup.
