WTF????

How could you crank that thing? Its the size of a BMX WHEEL!!!!

And how could u ride that without wrecking your back.

I *need* one,

but only for cycling down Beachy Head!

I still have one hanging in the shed - a 68T TA ring. It was the largest stock chainring size hed my
Ron Kitching obtained in the early 70's, although larger could be obtained by special order.

My brother set it up on a fixed and rode it in a hilly TT once, and ended up having to walk one
hill, then collapsed in a pub half way around the course.

Occasionally it was also used for roller racing.

He counts it as one of those Real Stoopid things you do in your youth. He also drilled out his seat
pin so much that it fell apart in a 10, luckily without any injury, but he crossed the line carrying
his saddle, then rode 20 miles home. Utterly mad, but then aren't we all sometimes ;-)
