Hi, does anyone know where I can get a cheap 7 speed rear wheel in Sydney. My bike has 7 speed rear with a sachs cassette and derailer but I am looking for a cheap spare to put a dodgy tyre on to use on the trainer at night to stop the wear on my road rubber.
!!!PLEASE HELP!!!

Not sure, I'm kinda new to cycling so I'm learning as I go... I figure that as my bike is already set up for 7 it will be the best to use, I intend to just swap the trainer wheel out for weekend rides then back in again for during the week as I dont have any spare time while its daylight.

ThanksContact your local bicycle shop. Replacement basic quality wheels are available for cassette or freewheel. About 30-50 US dollars in the USA.

Actually, why not buy a good wheel, then you'll have a spare.

Keep a lookout in the "bring out your dead" street collections. I have a new 7 speed spin-on 14-28 freewheel you can have for $20 if you need it. Shimano make 7 speed HG50 cassettes for the modern freehubs.
