We had re-heated leftovers from yesterday as most of today
was spent gardening. ;-)
But, yesterday I did some boneless skinless chicken tenders
in the forman grill (got one rilly cheap on Austin/forsale
and I LOVE it) and sliced that up. I nuked some fresh
brocolli in the microwave with some butter and added some
fresh lemon juice to that, and added a lb. of pre-cooked
peel and eat shrimp, peeled of course! I tossed the shrimp,
brocolli and chicken all together with the lemon butter and
served some chopped roma tomatoes, baby spinach and boston
butter lettuce on the side with ranch dressing.
It was just as good today...

microwave. ;-) BUT I made up for it with a totally
orgasmic salad -fresh locally-grown tomatoes, fresh greens
and onions, a little pepper and topped off with an onion
dressing.

No beer can.
I've substituted tonight's can with a 7 up can. I doubt
I'll taste the difference.
Got the skin stuffed with butter that was mixed with
Herbes De Provance. And used the Home made Old Bay
seasoning for a rub with olive oil outside.
20 minutes or so to go. She sits in the Weber so proud,
so pretty. And she knows it. Tantalizing. Almost
teasing. Oh my. Tonight we love.. food.
I'm also making a cauliflower side dish. Blanched
lightly, then a tempura batter. Fried golden brown. Got
some fennel bulbs out of the backyard. Sliced them and
added to radicchios and endives. Wasabi salad dressing.
French Vanilla ice cream. Grand Marnier.
Wish you all eat as well tonight.
