Perhaps safe hostility IS most of the fun here - the
statistics certainly support you. But my concern is that passers-
by might not know that. How many people over the years have
fit this profile?

1. A grave (pun intended) medical problem for which
conventional medicine held out only slim hope
2. Visited this group and saw "doctors are criminals" claims
from the Drew Crew
3. Saw claims of miraculous non-conventional therapies
4. Exhausted money and time pursuing such remedies, ignoring
the slim hope of conventional medicine
5....and died.
6. BUT - if there were some way of replaying the scenario,
would not have died had the same resources, especially
time, been focused upon the "slim hope" initially offered
by conventional medicine. Real statistics (not the fun
I've been having) show recovery from "slim hope" cases.

Do such fatalities make the Drews, etc. murderers? They're
culpable to some degree, of course, but the crime of
"murder" requires intent. Since they have access to good
information (statistics again) and have generated bad
information, it's evident that they're selecting evidence to
support their arguments, and assuming unearned mantles of
"expert" to authenticate their opinions. These folks are
driven by a fundamental, emotional, purely subjective, and
totally irrational engine forcing them to do what they do -
even in the face of overwhelming rationality.

The problem is that the passers by cannot know how deadly
the Drew Crew really is. The pity is that Drew really thinks
he is helping. The only solution is time. His mortality will
be sooner than it needs to be because conventional medicine
is just not on his agenda.
