  1. I have only found one of these anywhere at Bulltek - at least I believe
I did - they called it a 0 degree stem - maybe they meant as in 0
degree rise, which on most bikes would be ~73 degrees relative to the
    steerer.

Hmmm... anyone see these around? I want one for both positional and
aesthetic reasons. Actually a compromise between my positional needs,
and my dislike for a stem that is more than 90 degrees relative to the
    steerer.

I have an 84 degree 120 mm stem right now and the frame is a little
small and the top tube a little tight so I wanted a 90 degree 130 mm -
I saw somewhere (I think) that Salsa will make you a custom stem?
    Probably not cheap.

Anyone know of a source for a reasonably priced ($50 -ish) stem of that
    geometry and length?

    TIA

Deda Zero is 72 degrees. No longer featured on Deda's website so may be
discontinued, but there are still some around.

By coincidence, I'm auctioning a 130 mm one (hence my recent question here
    about steerer suitability):
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=7130847233
(I've titled the stem down a bit too much in the pic, really). You
probably won't like the colours :-)

Double bolt versions are also available. You might also find some "MTB"
stems with the desired angle, if prepared to use a bar clamp diameter of
    25.4.

  3. Although it wasn't completely clear, I think (correct me if I'm wrong) the
original poster is actually looking for a 90 degree stem with +17deg rise
instead of the 73 degree, 0 rise stem you are auctioning.

Everyone makes them. Salsa are nice:

They call it a 90 degree stem, by the way!

Yah, sorry 'bout that - Barry, you are correct. I am looking for a
stem that is 90 degrees from the stem, ~+17 deg rise.

    Duh. Should've gone their first.

    Profile has them too.

I know Colorado Cyclist only lists the 9-11 sizes. But I am pretty
sure every bike shop in the country can get Profile stuff. Or do an
online Google search for Profile stems and I am sure you will find
    someone selling the 13 size.

  9. I had similar problems finding a 90 degree stem. I guess retailers
probably prefer to stock stems with some angle so they can be flipped.

aebike.com has those Salsa stems for cheap. Just got one, pretty nice
    for $25.
